Look no further than Nell and Duncan’s wedding for beautiful country wedding inspiration! Everything you could think of that makes the perfect English country wedding they had. The venue The Granary at The Quadrangle Trust was a perfect quintessential English barn oozing with history and character.
I couldn’t get enough of the details, thankfully there was two so we didn’t miss a thing. The venue was covered in English wild flowers, inside and out, but this didn’t mask the delicious aroma of the slow cooking 8-hour hog roast. Nell and Duncan also hired out the field adjacent to the venue where guests could set up camp the night before and begin the mini celebration.
On the day, guests enjoyed playing old English games in the sun, drinking cocktails at the bar or taking bottles from the bath tub. The canapes were displayed on vintage makeshift counters and all the food was cooked by the family. Which they did admit was a very big undertaking. But it was all worth it to make their day one of kind.
